New Directions Education are working alongisde some of the biggest ALN schools/units to help them cover sickness, planning preparation assessment (PPA) and course cover with our excellent supply staff. We require flexible, enthusiastic ALN teachers that are dedicated to improving standards and providing a safe and nurturing environment for learners.
Our schools require teachers that can act as a role model for ALN pupils and have a very good knowledge of working with additional needs. Teachers that are willing to go the extra mile to build relationships with staff, parents and children are desirable. Team work skills and a positive attitude are essential for all staff. Teachers will be expected to teach in both key stage 1 and 2 but preferences are not a problem as we cater to each individuals’ needs.
