About the Role:
As a Behaviour Buddy, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional behavioural or emotional needs, helping them stay on task and succeed in a positive learning environment. You’ll work closely with school staff to implement strategies, de-escalate situations calmly, and build trusting relationships with pupils.
