About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into a vital role within the school, supervising classes and ensuring a positive learning environment when regular teachers are absent. Your role will involve overseeing students, maintaining order, and ensuring that lesson plans are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across various subjects in the absence of regular teachers.
• Ensure students follow set work and maintain classroom discipline.
• Support students with their learning and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow and implement lesson plans provided by absent teachers.
• Communicate effectively with students and school staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with secondary school students or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse classroom situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
