Previous cover supervisor experience is essential

Strong behaviour‑management skills
Confidence leading classes and delivering set work
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Your Role
You will:
Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
Support students with a range of additional needs
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning
