About the Role
As an Early Career Teacher, you will take on full classroom responsibilities while receiving the guidance and support needed to thrive in your first teaching role. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, depending on your specialism and preference.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Planning, preparing, and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
-Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can achieve
-Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual needs
-Managing classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies and promoting a respectful learning atmosphere
-Differentiating lessons to support a range of abilities, including pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs
-Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEND staff, and senior leaders to support pupil development
-Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
-Participating in wider school life, including staff meetings, training, and extracurricular activities
You may be placed in:
Long-term roles with the potential for permanent opportunities

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who:
-Hold (or are due to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Are eager to begin their teaching career in a primary setting
-Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
-Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
-Are reflective, adaptable, and keen to develop professionally
-Are passionate about making a positive difference in children’s education
