The Role
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
• Support early literacy development through daily phonics teaching
• Work alongside experienced staff to help pupils prepare for phonics assessments and achieve strong outcomes
• Adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of children and promote progress
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds, or is currently working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Is an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher eager to complete their induction period
• Has an interest in phonics and early reading development
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and development
• Works well as part of a team and is committed to supporting every child’s progress
