Your Roles and Responsibilities As an ECT Teacher with us, you will:

Use data-informed insights to support progress and personalise learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive school improvement
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community

Location and Terms
Location: Various settings across Cheshire East
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Term Time Only)
Pay: £155 – £165 per day (dependent on level of experience)
