We’re currently recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants to support children and young people across schools and specialist settings in Loughborough and surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs build confidence, develop positive relationships, and engage with learning.
You’ll be providing support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, acting as a positive role model and helping pupils navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, or challenging behaviour
Are calm, patient, and resilient
Can build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
Have experience in education, care, youth work, mentoring, or support work
Location: Loughborough and surround areas Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available Pay: £93.63 – £100.00 per day
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
