We are seeking a passionate, caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to work as part of a hub support staff team based in a mainstream primary school in West Bromwich starting from September / October 2026.
This vacancy is for a full-time SEND TA for term-time only work on a long-term basis, working the hours of 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday
This vacancy will be working in the school’s dedicated SEND hub, which is designed to support 8-12 students, which has an experienced, friendly teacher and two other SEND TA’s. The students have a range of SEND needs but many are autistic and have speech and language support needs.
We are more than happy to receive applications from individuals with transferrable experience such as from residential, support and care background. As well as applicants with school experience – you will be an understanding & passion for SEND support and a work ethic to ensure the student’s thrive in their learning and development!
This vacancy pays from £92.56 to £97.03 per day dependent on experience and / or qualifications. This is paid in-house PAYE on a weekly basis
