We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our secondary school team.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students with their learning, development, and wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.
Assist students with their learning and classroom activities.
Support students with additional learning needs.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Work alongside teachers to implement learning strategies.
Monitor and report on student progress where appropriate.
Support students’ social and emotional development.

Confident supporting students with a range of needs.
Experienced in an educational or support setting (desirable, but not essential).
