New Directions Education are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated and proactive SEN Learning Support Buddies to join our team working across the Wirral to support pupils across a range of key stages, with a particular focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a support buddy, you will play a key role in helping children access the curriculum, overcome learning barriers and develop social and emotional skills in a nurturing environment.  You will work closely with class teachers and SENCO’s to deliver tailored support and ensure that pupils have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

New Directions Education specialise in recruiting Teaching Assistants (TA) who are qualified in the following:

• NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant
• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• CACHE Level in Childcare & Education
• BTEC National Certificate in Childcare Studies (Nursery Nursing).
