We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated NQT Supply Teachers to join our team and provide high-quality teaching across a range of schools. This role is ideal for newly qualified teachers who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience, develop their teaching practice, and build confidence in different school settings.

As an NQT Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, following school policies, and creating a positive learning environment for pupils of varying ages and abilities. You will have the opportunity to work across different key stages, adapting your teaching style to meet the needs of each class, while developing your skills in classroom management and curriculum delivery.

  • Hold QTS status and actively work towards your induction

  • Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation

  • Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area
  • Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
  • Take part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening
  • Liaise with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly within smaller schools
