£31,650 – 49,084 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)

Our welcoming and Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School based in St.Helens are looking for an enthusiastic PE Teacher to join their Physical Education department. This is a long term role which will continue until the end of the academic year teaching P.E at KS3 and KS4 level. As this is a long term role planning and marking will be expected as well as attending parents evenings. You should be comfortable taking on a flexible timetable which will include all year groups within the secondary range. The school is highly regarded for its pupil progress with a dedicated senior leadership team.

As a PE Teacher you’ll be expected to:

• Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
• Experience of teaching P.E at KS3 and KS4 level
• Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges
• You must be able to inspire and motivate the younger generation
• Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
• Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
