Job Description

New Directions are currently recruiting for a PE Teacher to work in a Secondary school based in Wythenshawe. The role is starting in on Monday 17th October on a full time, long term basis until February 2026.

The Role:

  • Teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
  • Support the school’s vision and values, and foster a positive learning environment

The Candidate will:

  • Hold a PGCE and UK QTS (or QTLS)
  • Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
  • Manage behaviour
  • Build relationships with students
