We offer a variety of placements to suit your needs, including day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term teaching roles across local primary schools. As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities may include:
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Supporting pupils’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing.
Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging positive relationships.
Assessing pupils’ learning and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, school staff and parents where appropriate.
Maintaining a safe learning environment and following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the school, year group and length of placement, with longer-term roles potentially involving additional planning, assessment and wider school responsibilities.
