Your Experience Could Include:
Nurseries or childcare settings
Preschool or Early Years environments
Sports coaching
Scouts, Guides, Brownies or other youth groups
Holiday clubs or play schemes
Children’s activity camps
Voluntary roles supporting children and young people
The Role
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning
Providing support to individuals, small groups and whole classes
Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and participation
Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity
Ability to obtain references from a childcare or child-focused setting
A caring, positive and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in building a career within education
