New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Part-Time KS2 Teachers to work in primary schools across Chester. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexibility while continuing to deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2.
We work with a range of welcoming schools offering short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.
• Delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A full driving licence and access to transport (beneficial)
