New Directions Education are currently recruiting Primary Teachers for schools across Nantwich and the surrounding areas, with opportunities available for teachers looking for day-to-day, short-term and long-term work.
We are looking to hear from enthusiastic and dedicated teachers who can confidently deliver engaging lessons and quickly become part of a school team.
Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.
The Role:
Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of different abilities
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations
Monitoring student progress and providing appropriate support
Building positive relationships with students and staff
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support students’ learning and development
Following school policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within a primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
The ability to adapt teaching to meet individual student needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible, reliable and professional approach
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
All applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check and provide appropriate professional references.
