New Directions Education are seeking primary teachers to support local schools in the Haverfordwest area with their supply requirements.
New Directions have built excellent relationships with schools in Pembrokeshire and with a number of our teachers now having permanent contracts from their supply bookings, we are in need of new teachers to work in these schools.
Supply teaching is a dynamic, exciting role with an opportunity to manage your own diary. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with local schools, and you will work closely with your own dedicated account manager to find schools that fit your ethos. New Directions also support schools with medium and long-term work. Longer term placements often arise from building relationships on short-term supply, or New Directions recruit specifically for these placements.
If you are a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) New Directions have an excellent bespoke NQT support programme. The NQT support programme ensures you can contact a specialist NQT consultant, have access to webinars and receive information on how to complete your induction whilst on supply.
We recruit Primary Teachers for jobs in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) Primary Teacher job roles.
As a Primary School Teacher you’ll be expected to:
Teach all areas of the school curriculum
Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges
