As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in covering both short-term and long-term absences, ensuring students continue to receive high-quality education and that their learning remains uninterrupted.

Responsibilities as a Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism, in line with the National Curriculum.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups.
• Maintain strong classroom management and ensure pupil participation.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification in secondary education.
• Subject expertise in any secondary school curriculum area.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility to work across various schools in Medway and Swale.
• A passion for inspiring students and supporting their academic progress.
