New Directions are excited to be working with an SEN primary school in Harrogate who are looking to welcome an SEN Teaching Assistant to their team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working both on a 1:1 basis and with groups of children across age groups.

SEN Teaching Assistant requirements:
Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively
Ability to manage challenging behaviour always following school policies and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
To support children in their learning and through the school day
To promote wellbeing and a positive mindset
Knowledge and experience of behaviour management and restorative strategies
