English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PSHE, Mental Health & Wellbeing, PE, Life Skills, Food Technology, Design & Technology and more.

About the Role

As a SEND Teacher, you’ll work with small groups of students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences. You’ll be part of a caring, collaborative team that truly values inclusive education and student wellbeing. Many of our exciting opportunities are in rural locations, so candidates who can drive will have a distinct advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
  • Support students with a range of SEND needs
  • Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
  • Implement and track EHCP targets
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist teams
  • Use creative strategies to build confidence, resilience and independence
  • Monitor progress and adapt learning accordingly
  • Communicate with parents, carers and professionals
