We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND needs in specialist settings across West Bromwich.
This role involves being a team-player and working closely with children and young people with severe Autism (ASC) and complex needs, providing a warm, caring educational environment for the students you will be supporting, 1-to-1 or in small groups.

Providing a calm, patient and consistent approach
Supporting children with emotional support and regulation
Offering an individualistic support to each child in-line with their individual needs
What experience will make be the right fit?
We are seeking individuals with the following experience and traits;
Have a background in SEND, care, support work or similar work
Has experience supporting adults &/or children with severe ASC &/or challenging behaviours
Is calm under pressure and resilient with the child’s best interests at heart
This role is highly rewarding but hands-on, patience and consistency are key for the children to help them thrive
Role Details:
Location: West Bromwich, B71
Hours: Full-time, part-time options available
Pay: £92.63-£100 per day (PAYE) – dependent on experience
You’ll be working with a SEND-specialist education agency that focuses on placing the right staff into the right settings.
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
