Job Description
We are currently seeking Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants for schools across Market Harborough and surrounding areas .
The successful candidate will support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs, helping them remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities
Providing support on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting pupils with classroom engagement and routines
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Working collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff
Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
Applicants must have:
A minimum of 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient and adaptable approach
Location: Market Harborough and surrounding areas Pay: £93.63 – £100.00 per day Hours: Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
