We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Leicester and surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping children feel supported, confident, and able to engage with learning. Support may be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, depending on the needs of the school.
What the role involves
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
Helping children stay engaged and focused during the school day
Providing reassurance, routine, and encouragement
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
What we’re looking for
To be considered, you should have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, or experience in a similar role such as:
Teaching Assistant
Learning Support Assistant
Care / Support Worker
Youth Worker
Residential Support Worker

📍 Location: Leicester ⏰ Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available 💷 Pay: £96.63 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
You’ll be working through a SEND-specialist education recruitment agency, matching strong support staff with local schools.
