Pay £92.52 – £102.83 per day £462.60 – £514.15 per week Weekly pay
Job Purpose We are currently seeking a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) to support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) within a specialist setting in Four Oaks.
This rewarding Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and developmental needs to access learning and achieve their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities – Teaching & Learning Support
Provide 1:1 and small group TA support
Support communication activities and language development
Assist with sensory-based learning opportunities
Encourage independence and life skills development
Work alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Person Requirements
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Caring, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt support to meet individual needs
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Recommend a friend and receive £150 once they complete 10 days of work
