We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Secondary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a variety of schools in the Cardiff area. This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, enjoy experiencing different school environments, and are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, manage the classroom effectively, and ensure that students make progress, even in the absence of their usual teacher.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lessons across your subject specialism and occasionally general cover
Ensure high-quality teaching and learning for all students
Adapt to different school settings, routines, and expectations
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Follow safeguarding procedures and promote student welfare
Provide feedback to department staff where required
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
Flexible, reliable, and confident in teaching across KS3 and KS4
Passionate about supporting student learning and progress
