New Directions Education is currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking for flexible, day-to-day supply work or longer-term roles across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

The Role:
Provide classroom support to teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, including 1:1 or small group support where required.
Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Provide support for pupils with additional learning needs, as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (school-based references essential).
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
Able to work effectively under the guidance of the class teacher and contribute to the wider school community.
Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service, if not already done.
