The role is a long term role that we expect to go permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Science teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on experience). You will be joining a collaborative and experienced department that supports innovation and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across a range of topics
Inspire students to achieve their best and develop a love for Science
Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback
Contribute to the wider life of the school and department
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant Science degree
Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
A creative and reflective practitioner committed to raising standards
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
