New Directions Education is currently recruiting a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Liverpool. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone passionate about supporting early learning and helping young children thrive in their first years of education.

The Role:
Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom, helping to deliver engaging, play-based activities.
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to children, including those with additional needs.
Assist with daily routines such as phonics, outdoor learning, creative tasks, and continuous provision.
Work closely with the class teacher to help assess progress and maintain a positive, supportive learning environment.
Contribute to the wider school ethos and EYFS team.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Available full time, Monday to Friday.
Passionate about early years education, with a warm, patient, and caring approach.
Confident supporting children of varying abilities and engaging them in hands-on learning.
Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service if necessary.
Able to provide employment references covering the last 5 years.
