Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers across various subjects and activities.
Work with individual students or small groups to support their learning and engagement.
Assist in the management of classroom behaviour and help maintain a constructive learning environment.
Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND), promoting inclusion and participation.
Help prepare and organise teaching materials and classroom resources.
Share observations and progress updates with teaching staff to support student development.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational progress.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
