Do you have a passion for supporting children with Additional Learning Needs and helping them achieve their full potential?
We are currently recruiting caring and dedicated Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in schools across the Welshpool area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, and communication needs while enjoying the flexibility that supply work provides.
As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support that meets the individual needs of pupils. Whether working on a one-to-one basis or with small groups, you will play a key role in helping learners overcome barriers to education, build confidence, and make meaningful progress both academically and socially.
We are seeking patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. Previous experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs in an educational, care, or support setting would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
In return, we offer competitive rates of pay, flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments, and ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant who will help you find placements that suit your skills, experience, and availability.
If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can have a lasting impact on pupils’ educational journeys and are seeking ALN Teaching Assistant opportunities across Welshpool from September, we’d love to hear from you.
