The Role:

• Full-time Trainee Teaching Assistant position supporting children with SEND needs in the classroom and during individual interventions
• Work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning and behaviour plans
• No previous classroom experience is required – online training will be provided before your placement begins

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a background or interest in care, social work, youth work, psychology, early years, or support work
• Be able to provide references covering the last five years
• Be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service, if not already done so
