The Role:
Full-time Trainee Teaching Assistant position supporting children with SEND needs in the classroom and during individual interventions
Work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning and behaviour plans
No previous classroom experience is required – online training will be provided before your placement begins
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a background or interest in care, social work, youth work, psychology, early years, or support work
Be able to provide references covering the last five years
Be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service, if not already done so
