The Role

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities.
• Working within a mainstream school environment
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised classroom environment.
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging activities and lessons.
• Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor, record, and report on children’s progress as directed.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• A willingness to work towards or complete a recognised teaching qualification.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Is committed to supporting the learning and wellbeing of every pupil
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
