New Directions are seeking to recruit an experienced school administrator, to work on a temporary basis in a Secondary school.
The Secondary school is a Welsh-medium comprehensive school for 11-18 year old pupils and is maintained by Conwy local authority.
Previous experience working as a school administrator/receptionist is essential and all candidates must be adaptable and confident in running a busy school office.
All applicants must be proficient using the School Information Management System (SIMS) and have previous experience collating dinner money, recording attendance and paying invoices.
duties will include:
Answering the phone and passing on messages.
Responding to emails and general enquiries.
Being the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
Signing in visitors and issuing name badges.
