The Role:
Full responsibility for a Year 3 class, including planning, teaching, and assessment
Deliver engaging, inquiry-led lessons across the curriculum
Use outdoor learning to enhance pupil engagement and understanding
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Enthusiastic about inquiry-based and outdoor learning approaches
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and Update Service
Able to provide at least 6 months of employment references demonstrating teamwork
Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
