About You:
You are a confident, proactive, and nurturing educator with a passion for supporting children’s growth in Key Stage 2. You bring energy to the classroom, value creativity in your teaching, and are ready to create a positive and engaging learning environment for your Year 4 pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver inspiring and well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where all learners can thrive
Assess, monitor, and support pupils’ academic and personal progress
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child
Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly Year 4
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
A genuine desire to make a lasting impact on children’s learning
