We have been with New Directions for a number of years because of their excellent customer care provided. During this time their service has been reliable and efficient. We have been able to liaise with staff to arrange both short and long term cover and are the team is very evaluative in responding to feedback. Response is generally immediate, even when confronted with very short timescales.

I recently signed up with New Directions to obtain work as a supply LSA/SEN. They were very thorough and prompt in processing my paperwork. Throughout the process of signing up I was always kept up to date as to what stage I was at. I then had a phone call from my Account Manager who offered me a six week placement at a school. I have emailed my Account Manager on numerous occasions with questions and she always responds immediately to my questions. On the times I have spoken to her, she is always friendly and helpful. I hope to get more work through my Account Manager as I have had really good advice and help when needed.

Having worked for New Directions over the past year I have always found the staff extremely helpful and reliable. I have my own dedicated account manager and he keeps in regular contact and is working ‘for me’ aiming to get me as much regular work as I want. I have worked with New Directions for nearly 1 year. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. When I didn’t have a permanent contract I would speak to someone at least once a day. All the staff are very easy to talk to and always try to find work that is convenient for me.

I am always offered work to me when available. I have been offered work closer to home, as I don’t currently drive. When I contact New Directions regarding anything at all, I am immediately given an answer, which is fab.

New Directions are very reliable whenever supply cover is needed they always manage to find a suitable candidate.

Our Account Manager is always there to help when needed.  She also keeps in regular contact with the school.

In addition, all of the supply teachers who have worked at the school are very good.
