I have worked with New Directions since September 2015 and I have enjoyed being able to work in a variety of Mainstream School and ALN School settings.

My account manager keeps in touch with me on a regular basis. She has always been friendly and helpful. When offering me work at a new School she makes sure that I have all the information I need.

I recommend New Directions Education to other LSA’s I work with.

Whether you want to work a little or a lot, or if there are any locations or times you don’t want to work, this is never held against you, so the level of service provided always remains the same with ND staff working enthusiastically and energetically on your behalf. Also New Directions reputation and spread of clients gives you the best chance of getting the work you want, where you want it. As a result, I would definitely recommend New Directions.

I feel that I have a great working relationship with my Account Manager. She ensures I have work every week. She is very honest and open with me and is easy to talk to. I always revive my text notifications to confirm my work and I will also receive a phone call to see how I am and further confirming my work placement. Through New Directions I have made so many connections with different schools. It has given me insight to what I’m hoping to do in the future. My highlight however has to be working for one school in particular, I really enjoy working there and it’s such a great school with friendly staff and great students. I go to this school on a regular basis, and without New Directions I would not have been able to get the connection I have with this school.
I think it’s great that New Directions offer support and even online training. I feel very honored that I have such I good connection with the school that I attend regularly, and it’s thanks to New Directions.
