I registered with New Directions in March 2016 and the highlight for me was going straight in to a long term position in April 2016.
My account manager is reliable and so far if I have had any queries, I can contact her and she will help me with whatever I need.

I have worked with New Directions Education since September 2016 and I would recommend working with the ALN team. I have been in a long term position, working one to one and I have developed new skills during this placement. I am also offered places on training courses, which is a great opportunity for me.
My account manager is an excellent communicator, enthusiastic and reliable. If there is ever a slight problem, it is always resolved quickly. The rest of the ALN team are always helpful too.

I have worked with New Directions Education for almost a year. My account manager is brilliant! She has found me two long term placements and is very reliable. Before my long term placements, when I was doing day to day work, she would keep in touch and let me know as soon as work became available. She has been amazing.
The highlight of working with New Directions Education is being able to go to different School settings, meet new people and work with different age groups of pupils.

I joined New Directions around two months ago and have been very impressed from day one. The initial application and interview process was both easy and suitably thorough for working with children. The relationship I now have with my account manager grows and strengthens everyday. She is incredibly professional and achieves that rare balance of understanding my own needs and encouraging me to develop within my role as an LSA.

I get 99% of my work through my Account Manager. He has been a great manager because he is very easy to talk to and I know he’s at the end of the phone if there is ever a problem. I have very regular contact with him because of the amount of work he gives me, he has assigned me to fab schools and goes out of his way to assign me to schools which I have really enjoyed which is much appreciated.
It has been a great experience working with New Directions, a few highlights for me, in particular is the amount of work im getting so I am actually having to turn down work because of family commitments. I have been assigned to some really lovely schools with such supportive and welcoming staff and it is so nice to be asked to return.
I would highly recommend New Directions. I went into supply teaching after a short career break and was very wary after being in my last teaching position for over 10 years. In fact, I got that job while I was working as a supply teacher for them in a school I was assigned to regularly. I enjoyed working for them then so it was a no brainer that I would sign up with them again. They are the only agency I work for and no intention or need to register elsewhere.
