I have been working for New Directions for the last few months. My Account Manager always provides good communication, and she is always friendly and open. The highlight of working with New Directions is well paid ESOL work, hassle free time sheets and an easy payment system. I Would recommend New Directions.

I have been working with New Directions for five years. She has been amazing at finding me long-term work which has lasted for two separate one academic year posts. She keeps in regular contact with me and has even made visits to the schools to see me. She is very approachable and deals with any matter efficiently.

The highlight of working for New Directions for me is the flexibility and dedication of the staff. I am due to leave for maternity and the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything has been finalised to ensure a smooth transition without any added stress. Also during difficult personal problems my Account Manager worked with me to ensure that I worked through my problems and eased me back into work gently. Then when I was ready for long-term work she found me a job straight away.
