I have an excellent and friendly relationship with Gemma, my Account Manager, and she is always helpful and easy to talk to. We receive a very reliable service teamed with a good calibre of staff.

I have weekly contact with New Directions and all the staff are very friendly and helpful on the telephone.

We regularly use New Directions for teachers and support staff. Depending on the time of year we use teaching supplies every week. Also support staff in the form of LSA’s maybe not as regularly as teachers as we tend to cover in house. Am always able to make contact both by e mail and telephone and replies are almost instant.

I deal with Gemma and Laura who are both delightful. Always helpful, courteous, conscientious, and obliging. I feel I have an excellent rapport with both these ladies and always feel very comfortable with them asking for supplies.

Gemma has always been up front with me, so if on the rare occasion that they are unable to supply teachers they let me know almost immediately.
