When I have to call my account manager to arrange supply cover for Ysgol Heol Goffa I know that she fully understands our needs as a school, which are many and complex, the staff she sends to school are suited to the role they are needed to fill, which in our case is extremely important as the “wrong” person can be more of a hindrance than a help. Finding supply cover, especially at short notice, can be stressful but my account manager is always helpful and positive in her approach and I come off the phone feeling confident that she will do her best to meet our needs.
