So far I honestly can’t fault the whole team in the Swansea Education department. They have been 100% reliable, organised, helpful and very approachable. The two account managers I deal with have excellent people skills and they are extremely efficient at what they do.

My highlight of working with New Directions so far is that they have made my journey back into teaching much easier and more enjoyable than I had ever anticipated – thank you. I would recommend New Directions to others.

I have been registered with New Directions for nearly three years and I  am extremely happy with the service that they offer.  My accounts manager is constantly actively working on my behalf to find me suitable teaching work, which match my skills and expertise.
