My relationship with Kirsty has honestly been quite amazing… you see this is my first ever job and Kirsty has always been there to answer my calls and answer any questions that I may have. If I’ve been stuck in the past and really needed some advise or help she has been there, she has been my rock of support and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. I honestly enjoy speaking to her on the phone and have a laugh with her when we do speak, which is really lovely and you need that when working with a company like New Directions, you need to feel like you are part of the team or part of the family and Kirsty has done everything for me and helped me so much more than I could ever have asked of her. She’s amazing!

To be honest, the biggest highlight is working with such amazing, bright funny and witty children. It is so surprising how much these children can have an impact on your life and they make each day so much brighter with their smiles! I love being able to be a part of their lives and helping them to move forward in their journey toward the future… the only bad thing is that I am running out of walls from all the drawings they have made me!
