Since working for New Directions, I have found them to be extremely reliable in finding me consistent work. My Account Manager will frequently contact me in regards to work and as I don’t drive, always tries her best to put me within the surrounding area to my home address. She is always happy to help or accommodate me should I have a query or concern. If my Account Manager is busy or unable to take a call, she will get back to me as soon as possible. I have found her to always be cheerful and helpful, she is an asset to New Directions.

New Directions has allowed me to gain valuable experience and become more knowledgeable within the Education sector. I have been able to work within the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Sector and with that, gain experience with Behavioural Management. New Directions have also provided me with Manual Handling training, where again I was able to gain knowledge and crucial training for certain roles that I fulfil. I am hoping to also complete my Team Teach training.

New Directions are best agency out there by far! Easy access to your own personal web portal, continuous support and always able to reach someone should you need advice or help.
