I began my employment with New Directions at the start of 2017.  My experience with them has been very positive.  Communication is good and the staff are helpful.  With holiday pay and PPA allowance factored in I seem to be on a slightly higher income than I was with previous agencies.  They were also very prompt in sending off an employment reference to my mortgage provider.
