Since Joining New Directions in April 2016, I have not been without work during the school year. The portal is easy to use and there is always contact with my account manager either by text, email, or phone. New Directions always provide and support any training required to ensure that as a tutor you can do the job, with the knowledge that the 100% support is there from New Directions.
New Directions provide quality support and quality work. I would recommend that anyone looking for work, join up with New Directions as they are the best agency to work for.

I just wanted to say a personal thank you for another great year with New Directions. I have continued a temporary long-term contract in a school which I love and have gained enough experience to enable me to obtain a PGCE placement for next year. My Account Manager has been fantastic. She is always on hand to help with any enquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. I look forward to working with you all again as a qualified teacher in a year’s time!!
Thanks for everything.

Two years ago I nervously left a secure job as a Level Three Teaching Assistant in a school I had worked in for nearly seventeen years.
My work/life balance was skew whiff and caring responsibilities were taking priority, and I explained this when I registered with the agency.
I am lucky enough to have as much work as I am able to do and, thanks to the patience, support and humour of my key Account Managers, I have been able to gain tremendous experience in all abilities from age 3-19 years.
I feel confident that, as long as New Directions will have me, I will continue in this role.

New Directions are by far the best teaching recruitment agency in Cardiff and have provided me with consistent work since I signed up in January.

This year with New Directions has been a great experience. My Account Manager has been very supportive and helpful in finding me full-time work, and keeps up to date with how I’m doing and if I’m liking my placement. Employment with New Directions is an excellent venture as I have gained lots of experience in different areas of schools, and found where I would like to work as a Teacher in the future.
Thanks.

Since working for New Directions I have nothing but positive feedback for the agency. As a student, I was very concerned that I would not be able to get work that was adaptable to my timetable but this has never been a problem, I was always offered work that suited my studies.
I have worked in a number of fantastic schools and this would not have been possible without my Account Manager, it has been brilliant to be able to experience having an Account Manager who is so understanding and is always a phone call away. She made herself seem more like a friend than a manager which is incredibly reassuring, making sure that I was always happy in my placement.
New Directions have provided me with exciting opportunities that have allowed me to gain experience and expand my CV. I will always recommend New Directions as I have never had a negative experience while working for them. I feel very lucky to have had such a passionate and helpful Account manager that has always been so supportive.

I really enjoyed my time with New Directions Education and it provided me with many invaluable experiences. I was provided with work in various of schools in Cardiff with many ages of children and young people. I worked with the Additional Learning Needs Team and my Account Manager was very professional, approachable and dedicated to finding me work.
Thankfully, I have been employed directly by a school that my Account Manager found for me. Otherwise, I would still enjoy working for New Directions on supply.
