A year ago I joined New Directions as a newly qualified Level 2 Learning Support Assistant. After years of re-training I finally found the job I love that, not only works around me and my large family, but has given me the confidence to carry on with my Level 3 course. I registered with New Directions 9 months ago with no school experience. I was trying to gain experience in order to find a permanent job that worked around my child care needs.
