New Directions Education are a fantastic agency to work for, I have been working with them since September 2015. I have been given work in schools all year round including several long term placements, as well as having the flexibility to turn some down, which is ideal. My account manager is genuinely the loveliest supervisor I have ever had, and she has continually supported me and found me work throughout the year, and helped me with any problems I have had along the way. She is an absolute gem and I don’t know what I would do without her. The online system New Directions has for logging timesheets and holidays is really easy to use and comes in really handy for planning your work schedule. I don’t think there is a better agency out there.

I have worked with New Directions for nearly 2 years. I find my Account Manager really friendly and I am able to talk to him if I have a problem. He knows that I need work close by or need a day or more notice if it isn’t close enough to get a lift. If I’m in a new school, my Account Manager always rings to see If I enjoyed it and even if I have long term work, he rings to see if I’m still enjoying the school.

My favourite aspect of working with New Directions is that I’m able to pick what days I want to work and also able to book any time off if needed.

I have been with New Directions for a year now, since being with them I have been very fortunate in receiving long term placements.

My Account Manager is always on hand if needed and always has excellent communication. She knows what kind of work I am after and the distance I would be prepared to travel. The past few months she has been helping me and giving me information about colleges that I can complete my training with. My Account Manager has also been amazing at finding me a long term placement for this September so thanks to her.

The company overall are so friendly and nothing is ever a problem. I have also been offered and able to attend many courses through the company that have been of benefit. As a company they have enabled me to gain valuable experience within the different education sectors.
